What do I need to get started?

Nothing — we ship your whole counter free, and the register and card reader are yours to keep. We import your catalog, set up your taxes and receipts, and you’re ringing up sales the same day.

What kinds of payment can I take?

Tap, chip, or swipe cards; Apple Pay and Google Pay; cash; Zelle; and Klarna buy-now-pay-later. EBT, WIC and OTC are eligible where you’re approved. Everything settles through Stripe, with instant payouts available.

Does it work if my internet goes down?

Yes. Offline mode keeps you ringing up sales and taking cash through a Wi-Fi outage. Every sale is queued and syncs automatically the moment you’re back online. Card payments resume when the connection returns.

How do text receipts work?

At checkout the customer picks Text, Email, Print, or no receipt. If they choose Text and enter a number, they get one message with a secure link to that receipt — nothing more. Full details are in our SMS Program.

Can I see my numbers when I’m not at the store?

The live dashboard runs on your phone — sales, refunds and inventory from every register, plus alerts for a big order, a low drawer, or a refund. Run on facts, not guesswork.

Does it connect to QuickBooks and delivery apps?

Yes — QuickBooks, Meta Ads Manager, DoorDash and Uber Eats are built in. Push your books to QuickBooks, run ads with Meta, and sync your menu to delivery apps with no exports or copy-paste.

Can I switch from my current POS?

We import your product catalog and get you set up so the switch happens between shifts, not over a weekend. If you sell wholesale too, the register flips between retail and wholesale pricing on the fly.

Is my customers’ data secure?

Card data is encrypted the moment it’s tapped and goes straight to Stripe’s secure payment systems — it never sits on your register or on our servers. Mobile numbers given for a text receipt are used only to send that receipt — never shared, sold, or used for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
